Southmead Hospital
Southmead Hospital is a major acute hospital in north Bristol, centred on the Brunel building, with a 24-hour emergency department and the adult major trauma centre for the Severn region (helipad on site). It includes the Bristol Brain Centre, the Princess Royal Bristol Surgical Centre, a breast care centre and a large maternity unit with Central Delivery Suite, Mendip Birth Centre and neonatal intensive care.

Up to two birth partners once in established labour on Central Delivery Suite or Mendip Birth Centre. Neonatal: parents have unrestricted access.
