What we can help with

• Data corrections. If a figure looks wrong, tell us the page address and what you expected to see. We check it against the NHS England source file and fix processing errors quickly.
• Media and research enquiries about the waiting-time figures and how we calculate them.
• Advertising and partnerships.
• Suggestions for features or data you would find useful.

What we cannot help with

NHSQueue is an independent website. We are not part of the NHS and cannot see, change or speed up anyone’s referral, appointment or place on a waiting list.

• For questions about your own appointment, contact the hospital booking team or the hospital’s Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS).
• To change hospital, talk to your GP or use the NHS App (your right to choose).
• For urgent medical help use NHS 111, and call 999 in an emergency.
