NHSQueue is an independent information platform that makes publicly available NHS performance data easier to access, compare, and understand. We are not affiliated with the NHS, CQC, or any government body.

Our Mission

NHS waiting times, CQC ratings, and A&E performance data are published across multiple government sources in formats that can be difficult for patients to navigate. NHSQueue aggregates and visualises this data so patients can make informed decisions about their healthcare.

• Referral-to-Treatment (RTT) waiting times — how long patients wait for treatment by specialty and trust
• CQC inspection ratings — overall and category ratings for NHS trusts
• A&E performance — 4-hour target compliance and attendance volumes
• Regional comparisons — performance differences across NHS England regions
• Private alternatives — estimated costs and waiting times for private treatment

All data is sourced directly from official NHS and government publications. We update our datasets regularly but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. For the most current information, always check with your GP or the relevant NHS trust directly.
