NHS England — Referral to Treatment (RTT)
Monthly incomplete-pathway data by reporting provider and treatment function (specialty). NHSQueue derives the median from the published weekly time bands and calculates 18-week percentages.

NHS England — A&E Statistics
Monthly provider data including Type 1, Type 2, other A&E departments and booked appointments. NHSQueue sums all six attendance and four-hour-breach columns for the national headline, and also reports waits of 12 hours or more from decision to admit.

NHS Organisation Data Service (ODS)
Organisational reference data for names, codes, addresses and NHS regions when available.

Wait Score Methodology
Our Wait Score is a simple, transparent NHSQueue-derived grading system based on the percentage of incomplete pathways within 18 weeks:

| A+ | 90%+ | Excellent |
| A | 85-89% | Very good |
| B | 80-84% | Good |
| C | 75-79% | Below average |
| D | 65-74% | Poor |
| F | Below 65% | Very poor |
Update Schedule
An automated job checks the current and previous NHS England financial-year pages on the 15th of every month. It downloads the newest RTT and A&E CSV releases, rebuilds the public data and validates totals, percentages, medians, ranks and source URLs before publication.
