Peterborough City Hospital
Peterborough City Hospital is a large acute hospital at Bretton Gate, opened in 2010 with over 700 inpatient beds, mostly in single en-suite rooms or small bays. Its Urgent Emergency Centre combines an Emergency Department, an Urgent Treatment Centre and a separate children's emergency department. It also has a Women's and Children's unit with maternity and neonatal care, a haematology/oncology unit with radiotherapy, a renal unit and a cardiac unit.
